ABOUT THE COOK

ShaQuanta McCleary was raised in Dallas, TX where she was surrounded by a host of home cooks. She grew up around family grown gardens and elders who pickled, bottled and preserved their home grown foods.
She was trained in the kitchen of her maternal grandmother, Rosie Taylor early in life. That's where she learned to prepare family recipes and techniques which caused her to love food and cooking. As enticing as it is to work in a fast-paced kitchen with well known chefs ShaQuanta realized it was time to launch her project creating her own catering company. This dream of hers has brought a heightened dining experience to each and every client that she has come in contact with thus far. |
